Unless you're actively passing... I've been on I-70 coming down Mt. Vernon canyon at about 70MPH (speed limit 65) and actively passing people in the left lane and had people get pissed behind me because they wanted to pass. As soon as I completed passing, I moved over, yet they still were angry. Damned if you do, damned if you don't. You can't please everyone all the time.

the lady in the video says she was going to turn left in about a half mile, her video is 2 minutes long, at 60 mph that is two miles, and she had obviously been there for a while. i submit she had time to clear the lane as she is supposed to and that she is partially to blame

About a decade back, I was once driving on I25 in a two lane stretch in the left lane. Fair amount of traffic although moving well. I'm at normal following distance of the car ahead of me and we are pacing or slowly passing the traffic in the #2 lane. Clown crawls up my backside and flashes his lights at me. No, I don't have to clear the lane just because you want to be in front of me.

Various gestures and feigned assaults on my vehicle later, including the clown getting very close to me putting my initials in his vehicle with my .45 for future reference, CSP pulls him over and prones him out. The subsequent fiasco with DA reminds me of what a clown show that office is ...

I've received a few tickets over the years, all for exceeding the speed limit (even when I felt I was going with the flow of traffic but I'm sure the out-of-state plates were just a coincidence), none for impeding the flow. I haven't been able to view the specific video in question but there have been a lot of open-ended statements here about having a duty to pull over. I don't have a duty to pass the traffic on the as fast as random a-hole behind me wants me to pass them as long as I AM passing.

If you crawl up my ass when I'm legitimately passing traffic in the right lane, you are being inconsiderate -- take that shit to San Francisco. If you're flashing your lights at me to yield when there's no safe way to yield (and I don't consider a 1.5-car-length gap to be a safe place to pull into), you are being inconsiderate. If you expect me to break the law and drive unsafely just because you failed to plan properly and are in a hurry, you are being inconsiderate. If you are using your damned phone to video, take pictures, sext your boyfriend, etc. while driving, you are being inconsiderate (yeah, I'm not keen on her recording his experience for 2 minutes while driving unless she had it in a hands-free holder or something like that).

I currently have a claim where one driver was driving slow, then speeding up to over 100 miles an hour every time another driver tried to pass. On the third try, the driver attempting to pass lost control and rolled into a ditch. She doesn't think the accident is her fault for some reason.
She is going to be disappoonted. That other car was being 100 times the dick the lady in this video was being, but they still didn't cause the passing driver to wreck into the ditch.

all true, i am not saying that every situation requires that you move out of the way, but most of that 2 miles long video she had room to move over and it was obviously going on for way longrt than that, she does not have the right to just sit that lane at 60 and not yield to traffic.

colorado requires you yield the lane to faster traffic. that does not mean that the faster driver is correct in every situation.

no one said she is at fault for the accident, what i am saying is her passive aggressive "i am driving five over so you're just going to have to stay behind me" driving contributed to the negative attitude she was receiving from the other driver

the bottom line is, just because you are driving five over in the fast lane does not mean that when you have the right to drive in the fast lane forever. you are to pass the vehicles impeding your way and the move right until another vehicle impedes your way and the use that lane to again pass. if a nother vehicle is moving faster than you and you have a clear right lane you are required in mnay states to yield the lane to the faster vehicle. blocking that lane for an extended period of time is illegal in many cases and inconsiderate.
