We looked there and some nice communities. Property taxes are what drove us away. Too much for what you get. Everything we looked at was HOA so make sure you ask the questions how much, what you get and the history on an increases.

my wife is a teacher over there and most families are good to go, good kids, good schools. New businesses coming in and pretty good access to the airport, downtown and major highways.
All I have in this world is my balls and my word and I don't break em for no one.

    My Feedback

Price is great at least when I was shopping for my place. 2 reasons I didn't buy it there was a same reason I didn't get a house in Murphy Creek Aurora area.

    1. Very few main roads to get in and out. It will generate lots of traffic.
    2. Out of no where. Gotta drive 20minutes for things I need to get.

I lived in Eagle Valley /Raspberry Hill part of Frederick for too long.

Great advice. Thanks. Having moved from California - always been used to roads everywhere. We are going to look at a new development off tower and 104th but will take all this advice and ask & look around while there.

However, Reunion is close to DIA. It is Quiet within the residential area (I assume if 50yd away from 104th). Price is extremely attractive.

Really liked the subdivision at 104th and tower. Taxes aren't great but aren't horrible. 1.55% for property. Hoa only 29 dollars.
