I know Marcus Luttrell sponsors the "Boot Campaign".

Here's a link about WWP. I have done fishing events for them and it was great but I am not a fan of how they run things. There are better out there like the DAV IMO.

Guys thanks for posting the information about WWP. I was not aware of their questionable stance on firearms. I sent an email this morning to WWP to cancel my monthly contribution and explained my disappointment in their stance as it relates to their refusal to partner or do business with the firearms community. There is enough demonizing of the gun community as it is and there are many organizations that support our veterans. I'll be more careful in choosing the next organization I donate to.

The vans that we volunteers drive are provided by the Ford Motor Co with the DAV paying a portion of their cost. Recently we got a new van, probably two years ago, that was a replacement for the old one which had about 340,000 miles on it.
If any of you guys have some spare time, would like to help our Vets and would not be able to make financial contributions, the DAV is always looking for volunteer drivers. There is no pay for the drivers but helping these disabled men and women Vets does give the drivers a real feeling of pay back/accomplishment.

Plus one on this one. The place I work at is a huge partner with wounded warrior. Good people! Great mission. I'm under paid, disrespected, fucked with, and still donate what a can to ww. Heard about them during a funding campaign, looked into them, and donated.
