I asked and it looks like all those from June... July are coming in. They said they are seeing a pretty big increase in stamps coming in. It looks like those 15 new guys are up to speed. ATF reports they are up 10-15% in production rate and expect even that to improve. The eFile system is back and supposedly not crashing anymore. On the other side they are only taking form 6's right now with form 1's coming next. Maybe things are turning around... For now

I just got a Form 1 back that I sent off in Sept and went pending at the end of Oct. I'm amazed! Not complaining though.
