Norinco NHM-91 any good?

Came across a Norinco NHM-91 For $750. The thumb hole stock has been change out with a regular stock. What is the consensus?

In my opinion, the Norincos are some of the better AKs out there. I can't recall what makes the NHM different from the rest. Heavier or longer barrel maybe? They are true import guns, not this newer cobbled together, made in the U.S. stuff. Just make sure enough stuff was changed out when the thumbhole stock was removed to keep it 922R compliant.
