i carry a kershaw onion 3.5 inch pocket knife every where i go. cause in my mind i dont know when i might need it.
I have a GI issue Camillus folding pocket knife (all stainless one, a lot like the old Boy Scout pocket knife) that I carry everywhere with me. I have a Becker Campanion (Pre-Kabar) as well as a Kabar Kukri machete that stay with my BOB, along with a SOG multi tool.

I also have a SOG Desert Dagger that I'll throw my bag sometimes. They don't make those anymore, but the Daggert is close.

ETA - I picked up one of the new production Gerber Mk II's at the Tanner recently, cheap. I'm not sure yet if I like it better than my Desert Dagger, but I've always wanted one and I sure wasn't going to pay $200+ for any of the ones I've seen for sale lately.

I bought the Gerber LMF ASEK about a year ago from LAPG-great built like a tank knife !! I've since become a huge fan of RAT Cutlery (now ESEE knives). They make some great 3.5" fixed blade knives for EDC. I'm waiting for their new Junglas knife to be released this month. That will give me a good range of different size knives for different usages. The only thing about the Gerber is I wished it hadn't been a combo blade. I prefer good quality plain edges that if kept properly sharpened will do any job you need for it to do. JMHO
Don't pick a fight with an old man. If he is too old to Fight, he'll just kill you.
If I could only have one, a Gerber LMF. I own a lot of knives and the Gerber LMF is the one I trusted and carried in Iraq.
Leatherman tool and a Wakizashi and you're set.
Mom's comin' 'round to put it back the way it ought to be.
Anyone that thinks war is good is ignorant. Anyone that thinks war isn't needed is stupid.
I have a SOG Seal Pup which I really like. It is big enough to get the job done and small enough to not be burdensome. I used to have the Gerber LMF, which is a really awesome knife...I just thought it was too big and bulky
I have the t2 tracker and a K-bar but I have a sog Vulcan that is in my pocket all the time.
I carried a SOG Seal Pup back in my Navy VBSS days in the northern gulf. I absolutely loved that powder coated blade in a marine environment. Every other day or so I would run a stone over the edge to clean it up. Tough as nails too. I swore I was gonna chip the blade, using it to cut metal tamper seals off cargo containers, or snap the blade while prying open corroded sounding tube caps.
