    Default 94 Honda Civic

    Bought me a little beater/commuter car, Its dumping oil all over. I don't know the first thing about these little cars so I guess my question is whats a good shop/guy to take this little thing to around the broomfield area?

    Change the oil pan gasket maybe auto trans gasket. Worst case it's a main seal.

    Check air filter, oil breather cap (on valve cover) and pvc. Diagram shows pvc location.

    Get under/in there and take a look. Find the highest point fresh oil is coming from, try to take some pics and post them. Could be oil pan gasket, could be they didn't put on a new washer on the drain plug and it's leaking. Could be the valve cover, or one of the several seals near the timing belt/cam/crank.

    if it's hard to see where the leak is, use baby powder or flour around gasket areas. you'll find it fairly quick. Old mc trick.
