Plus this has just recently come to light now. More and more evidence is leaning towards the officer's story.

Yep...I was previously wondering how this was all going to play out and initially, I'll admit, thought the officer may have been in the wrong. But the longer this goes on and the more evidence comes to light I'm beginning to believe the officer was justified in what he did. No one on Brown's side is a credible witness...at least that I've seen or heard. Everything the PD has said is being backed up by independent witnesses and evidence.
Of course...none of that will matter to the professional, entitled victims that inhabit that town and who are using this to further their own agendas. And the looting and rioting will continue. And the race baiters and white-guilt types will go above and beyond seeking "justice", even if it's fabricated justice.
You can believe racism is alive and well in the USA...that's fo sho.

I'm curious as to what the NG's duties are gonna be. What "powers" are they gonna have to do their job tonight?
?America, do not commit crimes with checks. Get cash man!?

People will complain about how militarized the NG is.
Errrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
Haw haw haw?..
What doesn't make sense to me is if they are so upset with the local PD for "assassinating" an un-armed "boy"; why burn down your neighbor's place of work, instead of storming the local police stations and government buildings? Wouldn't justice for the "boy" include burning the killer's place of work?
But justice is not what this mob wants. As someone already stated, they just wanted a reason to score some free stuff. They know if they attacked the police, they would like loose their freedom or life.
I can't speak for the MO Nat'l Guard, but we have state statutes here which provide police powers to the Guard if the governor activates them and stipulates that power. During the fires and floods, we had that power and authority.

That is Honor, and there are way too many people in this country who no longer understand it.
As far as I understand it the CINC of the Missouri NG, is the governor of Missouri. If the governor mismanages the guard, the president can "federalize" the guard. That means the president becomes the CINC of the guard. If that fails for some reason, the president can for instance send in the 101st Airborne etc. It has happened before in Little Rock...
