I miss riding the harley. I rode it almost all last winter. I'd go on a cruise if i can get my bike put back together by then.

If it's got two wheels I say you're good to go.

It was actually nice yesterday! I managed to get the bike out and blow the cob webs out for 2 hours. It really beats driving anything else.

I got started with track days last year and got so enthused I bought a race bike. I didn't count on the forces generated on the knees when you're hanging off to set up for a corner and braking down from 150 on the back straight. My favorite track, High Plains Raceway, is heavily biased to right handers, and my right knee is still not right. I'm actually considering selling the track bike and going back to street riding.

I'll probably make some adjustment to the rearsets, see if I can lower them some and get my knees to survive. If not, it's going to have to go. Might be a good way to fund another rifle...

I am ready for some warm weather either way. I need my knee draggin' fix!

mine's been parked too much this winter, too- usually due the the 1st/last mile (my dirt road in the neighborhood/driveway) was hoping I can get it out this week. road is almost dry enough...

I'd definately be up for a ride.. I can meet up around Penrose/Canon City... just schedule a stop at a landmark around there and I can meet up.. (like the new Biker stop in Penrose- look for the cheesy fake palm trees!)

I don't race on a bike, but it is time to register at the drag strip! can't wait. We start next month already.
