I've got a fridge full of various hot sauces. Most of the usuals mentioned here along with a few not listed. I highly recommend getting a jar of Mrs Renfro's Mango Habanero. You can find it at Walmart even and it's delicious. There's also a company called Horsetooth Hot Sauce that has many excellent flavors. The O Face is a good one. There's some others but those two make up the lion's share of my use as in addition to the usuals that have been discussed already.

That sounds awesome ... I love sweet hot sauces. A lady I work with often brings in jars of her jalapeno jelly and its awesome.

Me too. Stupid hot with a touch of sweet... just like I like my ladies.

BTW, that stuff I recommended isn't really all that hot. More on the mild end of a Habenero sauce but great flavor and goes well on just about everything.

This is the stuff ... Nali from Malawi. It doesn't take much but it adds a really nice zing without overpowering the taste with vinegar the way a lot of other hot sauces do.

Marie Sharps Habanero. I buy it by the case. Made in Belize. Very flavorful and very spicy.

Tuna, stir in a liberal amount of Sriracha, add some diced japs if you like them. Eat with a good cheese and maybe an olive or spicy pickle with your favorite cracker. Makes a great snack or lunch.

I've posted about a sauce I've had from them, but not been there before. I had the ghost chili wing sauce and it was alright.
