Holy crap somebody else remembers SAaB!! What a wonderful show. At least they got to go out in a blaze of glory. One of the best episodes was with Johnny Cash playing all through it in the background!!!! I have the whole first season and got my wife to enjoy it. I also have the whole Firefly series and loved it along with Babylon 5, Battlestar Galactica, and others. I love space operas.

I have a firefly on my Netflix waiting to be watched; all because people on here won't shut up about it.

That is how the wife and I found out about it. One of our favorites.

Ring of Fire. Excellent episode. Loved those pancakes floating in space. It feels harsh to say I have the entire series of UFO, S:AAB, and BGC (the original) on DVD and realize each was only a single season. The killer is that BGC won its time slot every night. ABC canceled it while the staff thought they were on season break because they could air three shitty sitcoms for the price of BGC -- didn't even give the cast and crew the ability to go back and retrieve personal items from the sets and trailers. Ah well, sometimes Hollywood gets it right. I think Baa Baa Black Sheep had three years and Magnum, P.I. quit while they were at the top of their game.

Oops, sorry, I meant BSG. I've had some 80s classic anime on the mind since the collectors' Blu-ray is due out next month. It's called Bubblegum Crisis and goes by BGC so I just had a brain fart while typing ...

    +1 to that!

Sadly, Honey Boo Boo will just be replaced by something even more disgusting. We have not been saved.

True dat. What's really disgusting is the amount of money those inbreds made from that show.
