Don't get me started on flashing red/yellow and completely out lights. There aren't that many traffic rules specifically concerning traffic lights, how difficult can it be?

Well nowadays, Operating a 2.5 thousand pound hunk of steel/aluminum/plastic/glass which could pass for a deadly weapon is seemingly SECONDARY to whatever else is going on in people's lives nowadays. (Facebook, texting, eating, attending to children, makeup, sex.)
