    When I think of journalists today, I need look no further than the Huffington Post, MSNBC, the New York Times, and the Denver Post

    Poor Monica was tortured by Matt Drudge. Now there is a traditional journalist, IMO. Muckraking till something good gets turned over.

    Maybe Channel 4 can set up an undercover investigator to catch jaywalkers in LODO. After all, it is the "spirit of the law."

    The only power any government has is the power to crack down on criminals. Well, when there aren't enough criminals, one makes them. One declares so many things to be a crime that it becomes impossible for men to live without breaking laws.

    Ask them what they think about people driving without a license. Or speeding. Or drug use. Liberals truly believe laws are meant for "other people" and have no second thoughts breaking them, up until they're caught.

    Conservatives are typically their own worst enemy when it comes to laws restricting freedom, because they consider the consequences and respect the rule of law. So even though they disagree, they follow. But people have had enough.

    If,

    illegal = undocumented

    then,

    law enforcement = document enforcement

    That puts a whole new perspective on my career choice.

    Modern liberalism is based on the idea that reality is obligated to conform to one's beliefs because; "I have the right to believe whatever I want".

    What is more shocking is the absolute naivety of people compounded by a complete lack of brain function in some cases. Do these people really think a person committed to a capitol felony gives a rat's freckled ass about "the spirit of the law" especially when it comes to firearms, magazines, or any other explosive device...just like those idiotic gun free zone and no gun signs; does a criminal give a rat's freckled ass about the "spirit of the law"? No, they just think, "Sweet!" The whole emotional basis for public policy is such BS!
