I did not know 5280 had moved. You may have hit on the 'why' of this thread.

And as far as OD Green goes if they are staying in business at their current location, their store traffic will take a hit now that 5280 has moved to the other side of Sheridan. What ever drive by curiosity visits resulted from people on their way to the other store will disappear.
