It's real simple. Quit treating bad people with kid gloves and get rid of the Leftist BS they've subjected themselves to over the past 10-20 years. They made a good start by telling all would-be illegal immigrants that anyone found was going to be stopped on the water and shipped home if they made it to land. Then get rid of the idiotic knife and gun control laws.
