The world is full of stupid; and the cops are leading, and by some of the comments here they have a good following. She could have been tranquilized and given to a sanctuary. Her crime? trying to live. Not if our "men in blue are around" anything that moves is a shooting target. At the lack of cojones they have guns. Disarm the police! Sick of these trigger happy a$$es.

I would gladly give the poor cow sanctuary. It could run and be free and do cow stuff.
