I'm on the fence about a car gun. I really like the convenience of it, but I dread the possibility of some a-hole randomly breaking into my car and finding it (the usefulness of it is severely diminished if you make it difficult to grab in an instant, by making it inaccessible by thoroughly hiding it or locking it away)
This is why my secondary is a 380 that while I don't want stolen, it wouldn't be the end of my world either.
CCW is obviously your best bet. You don't want the your weapon in the car when some POS tries to steal your Air Jordan's in the parking lot.
Sig SP2022 9mm, 3 mags, and a light is always in the vehicle I travel or am parking at DIA. It was $425.
