I know... Hope you're treating her well... I've looked at buying a G20 again... Or maybe the new G40?
If only they made an M&P in 10mm...

If the small size of the XDs was the perceived problem, why are you so certain that going to a full size AND a Glock is the answer? I agree to try and see how some stuff feels.

I'm going to go out on a limb here...Don't be afraid to add Walther PPQ to your list of guns to try. I moved from XD's, Glocks, (although it's my go to gun for bedside with a light and backup 3-gun night shoots) and various other pistols. I started with a PPQ 40, then a PPQ 9 for 3-gun. If I had to take any gun to the range, it would be my PPQ. Comfortable, accurate, excellent trigger out of the box, what's not to love!?

I've got a G17, G19, Beretta, Smiths, etc. and a couple of Walthers. If you wan't to shoot some, we can hit a range around Ft. Collins sometime. Expand your horizons!!!

I like my XDs fine for what it is. For target shooting, I like the Glock 34 for the much longer sight radius, longer barrel, adjustable sights (wind age and elevation), and the factory 4.5 lb trigger. Just seems like it would be a much better target shooter. The ten round mags versus 15 on the Glock 19 isn't a deal breaker for me.

I don't really need another gun - I just have the itch for something new. Come on, we all have the sickness.

Thanks is for offer. I'm in summit county. Hit me up if you want to try our awesome free public shooting range. Pretty dead this time of year too.

    Pick one, try them out.

there are some deals out there if you are into .40 or .45 which lets you easily buy full cap mags in state or shipped to home. $350 for a 22 night sights gen 4 in the link.

Or take few basic handgun classes and get the fundamental down then choose your gun. Bob at rw is highly recommended.

Why not just a full-size XD? Or better yet, a 1911!

I am a Glock hater, but I love my G19. Just about the perfect size for any given task. Big enough to use for competition or fun, compact enough for easy carry. I shoot it better than the full sized Glocks I own and dislike, including the 34.
Math is tough. Let's go shopping!
