Love that! What was the technique?

Kind of hard to explain. Painted it solid tan. Then kind of striped it with the darker brown. Then everywhere it was tan I held a hokey stencil thing I made that was supposed to sort of look like vegetation and sprayed over it with the dark brown. Then stenciled over the dark brown parts and hit them with a bit of the tan.

Im going to put an add up and see if I can pick up a couple of cheap stocks to practice on. I came up with some other ideas while I was doing this and want to try them out.

thats about out what I did with an AR. I took aspen leaves, pine tree needles and laid them on the rifle and painted over them. I thought it came out ok. When it was dry, I coated it with a non-reflective clear coat.
