Totally unenforceable the way it's written... just like the Colorado mag ban.

Mag ban is working to an extent, how many places will no longer ship a firearm to a FFL here that has mags that can hold over 15 rounds? Even though the FFL can pull the mag and either ship it out of state or sell to LEO/mil for official duties. If they can pass a ban then you can own a vest that can hold level 3 or 4 plates, but no one will ship them to you.

Because it is SOOOOOOO difficult to get a hold of 30rd mags...
