I'm gonna go ahead and guess that statistically, you have a much higher risk of a car accident on I-25 than you do being shot.

If you're aiming at a vehicle moving approx 75mph, or based on that stretch and the drivers 45 mph . I find it hard to believe they are using a small caliber like a 22 of any variety.
