There's been quite a few threads in the past about range cleanups. While I highly praise our members for what they do at these places.
I sometimes wonder if the dirtbags that contribute to this mess don't just go back in the future and think "great someone else will pick up our trash".
I'm not saying we shouldn't pickup but the next visit after a cleanup is what really pisses me off.

Unfortunately this is the truth... "Someone else will clean it up"... our entitlement society. Very sad state of affairs.

Or the "it's biodegradable!" excuse... Sorry, only in 75+ years (sometimes A LOT LOOOOONGER) IF it's buried correctly, etc.... and maybe I'm an idiot who failed chemistry but a plastic 2 liter bottle isn't just naturally "biodegradable" in a few days sitting out on a grass field...

I agree. It really sucks and seems like an exercise in futility. I went up to Squaw Pass some time ago, packed out all that would fit in the bed of our Ram 1500 (which still wasn't everything) and 2 weeks later it was trashed again! Awful how the few bad apples ruin it for the rest of us.

Isn't that what the Forest Service is supposed to do?
