This kind of stuff is precisely why fireworks should be LEGAL, we need the stupid to pay the fatal and permanent penalty for being stupid.

The man was identified as Scott Jeffers. The Oakland County Medical Examiner's Office conducted an autopsy and ruled his death to be an act of "stupid". The police Chef was quoted as saying "There's no vaccine for stupid people. We just have to try to avoid them and hope this happens without a large populus around. On the upside, the kids were watching and maybe learned something thus strengthening the gene pool in the specific case.
