A guy on a bike forum I hang out on is helping sell off the stuff of a buddy of his, who friggin' died from a black widow spider bite! I have no love for the creepy little fuckers either.

Orb weavers are good guys and build some of the coolest web patterns. Unfortunately they are usually in door ways about face high.![]()

For us out here in the country. The Wolf spiders and Orb weavers are common outdoors. Have yet to see confirmed Brown Recluse but I do see Black Widow occasionally in dark corners of crawl space and dusty dark corners of the shop. They get smooshed and the harmless spiders get left alone.
