Not sure about your question, but (don't mean to hijack your thread)
I did find out the other day that if you are doing a private transfer at an FFL and an FFL transfer for something you had shipped to the FFL where you are doing the private transfer, the CBI makes you do two separate background checks with separate fees.
Don't know if it put me on another list or not though.
