Wednesday is "advanced pins". which means you draw from a holster and everyone gets 5 pins. You must be holster qualified by Bristlecone. This is my first advanced shoot and I am expecting to have a great time!!! Have shot many of the regular Monday night shoots and have a lot of fun. Either event can have all kinds of surprises as far as good guys losing to less talented shooter, so come out and have fun. Malfunctions, leaving the safety on, mags falling out, choking, all these things happen and change the match. Heck, I once shot against a guy who had a part fall off his gun and he couldn't fire another round. It caused me to win. Which was nice because I was a pin behind. Mag changes are another part that is a game changer. The holster draw should add some good action and failures to the fun!
