I'll swap you the 2-3 hrs of dragsters for our neighbor who thinks it's ok to leave a barking dog tied up outside all night. Make maters worse, she chained it to a tree, so............. once the dog runs around 3 - 4 times it's not choking itself and unable to move. BUT.......WE'RE THE BAD NEIGHBORS for being concerned about the animals welfare

That's ridiculous. I have never understood people who allow their dogs to bark outside non-stop. And people who chain dogs to trees all night need to be chained to trees themselves.

Bolt cutters to the chain or chainsaw to the tree??? Choices, choices. Just make sure the dog gets some raw meat for the inconvenience

Even after numerous attempts to talk to the owner, that having to take car of your pet is for some reason unknown to her.

I will not allow the spouse to take a trespass charge due to someone else ignorance. They've already been given a warning from AC.

    anyway back on Topic.

Just a quick step off topic - We had a similar problem. Got the owner's phone number and called them whenever the dog was barking and asked if we should notify the police that someone must be breaking into their house. They actually got a bark collar and trained the dog not to bark within a week. When they left the house, the dog stayed inside and didn't bark.
Maybe the only neighbor in the State that actually listened and acted.

It seems for them the dog isn't a pet but a status symbol. Look we own a purebred XXX . Don't walk it, water it, hell until we had AC over they just ignored any suggestions we had.
Now take in to consideration, their males (dad & son) managed to get out of the yard on a daily basis. The spouse went over and told the owner. My old man said this is it. No more bringing your dogs home. He said i have to call AC from now on. Week later they got rid of them. Yeppers real pet lovers
