That's how you can tell they're zombies. Duh.

    Lol.

Probably just because it makes them look scary.

Anyhow, the show progressed about like I thought it would. Actually, it looks like things might be getting pretty crazy pretty quick based off the preview for the next episode.

I'm not hooked yet either but I still liked the pilot episode. I'll tune in next week for the second. Maybe it will follow suit with True Blood and there will be titties?

In either case, I think it will be entertaining to see how they portray the mass chaos and deterioration of society as the SHTF... how people prepare and react as they start to see signs, always intrigues me.

Agree. When the dad / boyfriend was on the hospital landing and you could see most of LA in the distance. The thought of even being stuck in a large / heavily populated area on a good day is terrifying. Let alone when there's mass hysteria , not to mention the "walking dead"

Walking Dead zombies do not have glowing blue eyes.

Oops , I forgot to watch or record it. Looks like I will catch the replay.

    Zombieland was pretty good too.

FTWD was a little slow, hope it picks up the pace the next ep or two otherwise I'm done with it

I watched Fear TWD last night, never saw a single episode of The Walking Dead. It was OK, the drugged up kid kinda sucked at acting I think and his 3 minute long explanations while breathing heavy got dumb.

I was zombied out when the CDC started using it. I did like Shaun of the Dead and Zombieland. I could do without any more zombie crap.

I'm already frustrated by this show. I won't ruin it but the cops that talk to the kid and the doctors are tools. I'm 18 minutes into the pilot.
