Posting from phone so I can't copy text into the thread. Anyway, I grew up with this guy. The description fits him to the T. Serious short man issues. Zero reason for him to have turned out as a piece of trash like this with his up bringing. Think he might be in some bike gang.

Police said they aren't releasing his photo for line up reasons. He looks like a swarthy Grover.

Article says they don't want to release it to protect potential evidence for a line up once he is apprehended. Makes some sense, but also makes it harder for tips to come in regarding his whereabouts.

And he's a previous offender. So there is a mug shot on file. Pretty weak ass reporting and getting info out there
