100 shells per round if I remember correctly. Though I suggest bringing a couple extra shells. Last year we had one guy drop a shell from one of the tower stands and couldn't find it.

Use whatever choke makes sense for that stage.

If the targets are far away, use a tighter choke. Close up in your face, use an open choke.

I just cheat and use a light mod.

So I can just keep in the medium one and call it good? That's the one that's been in it for years... Ha, I've never used the other chokes.
