I say they take it to the courts. An obvious attempt to extort $$$. No jury in their right mind would award that much... the boy was warned, his behavior was the same. Let's see what a jury in texas thinks of the muslim kid taking a clock apart and making it look like a bomb and taking it to school to show off.. yep.. See how that works out for them.
