    Default Eform1.. walk through?

So I'm getting ready to efile a few form 1's. I've never done the form 1 efile, always sent in paper.. But figured it'd be easier this way.

As I'm playing around on it today (not at home so I don't have access to certain items like serial #'s).. Should I have a paper form 1 sitting next to me so I know wtf they're talking about with some of these descriptions?

Anyone ever put a 'guided tour' of sorts together? Or want to walk me through the information? Not my first rodeo, just the first that I'll be efiling on my own. Last SBR's I had to efile were during the great 'system down' period. I tried to make it a whole year w/o an NFA item and I have failed miserably.

Are you doing a trust or individual? Eform turn around times have spiked a lot, it might be faster for you to submit a paper form 1.

My last SBR was my first efile, and i followed the guide on the "other forum".

Looks like it will be an LLc and a trust. I've never efiled, only paper copy. I just want whatever is faster.

Guys I can help just pm me and we can set something up. I am actually working on a PowerPoint for this in my spare time I'll be able to just shoot out to folks.

Other folks may have different results but from what I've seen Kwando is correct. I talked a buddy into e-filing a build and sending in paper on another build on the same day. They were approved within 4 business days of each other and 3 more days time for the paper file to arrive via mail. I think his approvals were around 3 weeks ago.

Why Both ?? Do either, or.

AS for faster, until 41P kicks in paper is 2/3rd the wait of e-file, if that.

Because I have a LLC and Butt Monky has a trust, I think. We are both sending in forms. Figured we would get together and knock it out.

What guide on the other forum? I can't seem to find one. Did you have any issues getting fields to populate? Also there are two areas to upload documents. Do you upload at both or what? The site is pretty much what a 5th grader could accomplish.

I found this vid pretty helpful when I did mine . . . as far as what goes where. Use IE . . . pretty sure other browsers have issues with some of the fields working correctly.

I've used this walk through for all of mine. No issues.

No i did not. I used Chrome, alot of people say use IE. But I also played around with the form before actually submitting. Just so i know i was not going to miss anything.

You only have one screen to upload the doc. Make sure your trust is in PDF format. And the total file size is under 3mb.

I'm confused by what you mean both docs? You don't actually fill out an actual paper form 1. The form 1 is electronic, and you upload your trust.
