    Default Insurance claim update

Hi all, well I got the call today that my Tahoe was ready to pick up from the body shop. This has been the easiest claim experience I've ever gone through. Progressive, the insurance for the driver that hit me, kept in touch keeping me updated on the repairs and making sure the rental was working for me.

The body shop (McDonald Collision Center) did a great job and it's guaranteed as long as I own the truck, which I hope to be a very long time. The shop also kept me updated on how the repair was going. Pics up later.

The total cost to me was $6 for the gas I used in the rental.

Glad to hear that it went as painlessly as possible!

On a serious note, insurance companies are now taking diminished value claims seriously.

I filed the claim with company of the driver that hit my car, not my insurance-I'm good.
