    If you are on the fence go for it. If they deny your claim nothing lost. Your not forced to ship it to them. My EOTech was a 2011 EXPS3 and they still gave me $600 plus the $15 for shipping. I got mine in a trade for a gun so I was not the original buyer. Shipped the site 12-29, check on 2-17. I really liked my EOTech but I'm betting down the road these things get cheap. I like having the full refund in my pocket and buying what I want right now.

    any reason they might deny your claim?
