    Didn't go by the name Kia did he? Sounds like a guy we had working for us. Wouldn't showup, wouldn't call, or be seriously late, no call, over and over. He still wants references from us. Sorry.

    I always give references. If they suck, I give them a bad reference. I actually got to do that once. "Yes, she is really nice, but is clueless when it comes to email, anything regarding attachments, anything regarding MS Office products, can't figure out how to scan, etc. She usually shows up on time, but almost always has other commitments that ensure she doesn't stay for the entire day.
