    Default OH NO NOT ANOTHER

    THANK YOU THREAD

Ok real quick between pain mgt feedings.

    Guys & Gal[s]
To say my family and i are touched would be an understatement. But you never read or heard me say that RIGHT?

    The outpouring of support
Physically, emotionally AND Spiritually over time has been aMAZIN I cannot begin to list / recognize all who have been there for us.
Sometimes tough issues call for tough choices.

    HOWEVER

What happened to me PALES in comparison to those who have served, currently serving in our Military.

Without their sacrifice throughout time, WE would not be here (this and other gun forums) Hell, even forums of those who despise Our Country. Their loss, emotionally, PHYSICALLY , relationship wise AND of their Constitutional Rights. Allow us to exist day in day out.

IMO Those are the people we owe a debt of gratitude to. A big Thank You, Now & Forever.

Don't forget those who put on a "Blue" uniform daily.

I have determined that the people who deserve the most respect, gratitude, and praise are the first to point out that others deserve it besides then.

Good to hear your spirits are up, Jim. Keep it that way.

I got my ass pulled out of a snow drift today by a Vet the has a hard row to hoe. Physical issues that plague him daily. But he spent the day yanking others out of the snow. How do you say thanks?

Life has some suck right now but, after today, my life rocks compared to some others.

Out of respect for Jim and all he will be dealing with in the near term, I'm going to close this thread.

Jim knows how much we all appreciate him and that any of us would drop whatever we're doing to help him if he asked. But, Jim is a proud and very self-sufficient man and the well wishes and offers of assistance will be taking him from focusing on his healing and rehab right now. The energy needed to read through and reply to the well wishes posts subtract from the energy he could use for the fun parts of the site. Should things change and Jim find himself desiring assistance, he knows we're here for him.

As he heals, I'm sure we'll see plenty of posting around the site by Jim as he has the energy to make them.

So, I ask that instead of posting your thoughts & prayers here for him, please offer them silently. Trust me, Jim knows.

Again, I make this request out of respect for Jim. Should Jim feel differently and tell everyone to go ahead, then we'll go from there.

In the mean time, just save the hookers and blow for when Jim can truly appreciate them.
