Anyone know where these magic ATMs reside? I'm in the Springs, but I figure if a certain retailer or branch elsewhere has them, they are likely going to have them here to.
You should be able to go to any local bank branch and get a cash advance from your debit card (up to $10k I think) and they can disburse it in whatever bills you'd like. I've done this a few times for buying cars or paying for house work.

ETA: You will likely need to call USAA first to change your cash advance limit to whatever amount you'd like to withdraw, otherwise your card will show "denied" when the local bank branch tries to run it.

Also, if you're in the Springs, why not just go to the USAA building off Research? They have an actual banking counter there.

    Thanks for the info.
I never knew about the cash advance option on my debit card. I called USAA and raised the limit for 48 hrs - daily is default to $1000.
I tried calling the USAA Financial Center off Research and only got the stupid USAA automated answerer which switched me over to the default USAA automated answerer as soon as I said ATM and those reps did not know what was available at the Center here. I've never been inside the Center - nice to know they have a banking counter there.
    Thanks again
