Have you guys seen the Totino's Pizza Rolls billboards around town? One of them says, "Stock up before 4/20." and another one says, "Legal in every state, but better in this state."

I laugh every time I see one.

Soggy stoners? Watching the Woodstock movies, the wet weather seems to not bother them. Plus they got edibles these days...no need to huddle under a poncho to keep the joint from getting soggy.
