Is a poop not a poop cus it ain't come out one's butt yet? If one fails to poop for 3 weeks, would one be impacted with non-fecal matter? Beware the mentality of "legal" existential definitions contra nature; it allows one in a position of power to quickly illegalize your continued existence.

It does indeed. And medical science making strides almost everyday that make it more probable that premature births of earlier gestation will survive muddy it up too.
