    I can't weld so I guess my only option is to trace it out and get out the angle grinder and dremel... I don't even have a drill press! Was hopping someone could weld it but I guess I can try making it first.

    You don't own a hand drill and bench vise ? That's mild steel. Cheap drill bits would go through the metal you need.

    Looks like there's 2 things you need to treat yourself to.

    Looks pretty thin. I could give it a shot. Do the two pieces just but together?

    I looked to see if they did I couldn't find anything.. American exteriors or something like that I think is what it was called.. I do have a vice and a drill..
