    Realtor just a designation that a broker can get from the National Association of Realtors. If you pay the ~$500 a year, go through their ethics class and adhere to their ethics codes then you can call yourself a Realtor and advertise with the Realtor logo. That being said I am also a Realtor. But I feel like it's more of an industry designation than anything because most people use broker/realtor/agent interchangeably when referring to what we do.
