The "smarter" pot smokers didn't get their cards for this reason. Possible restrictions and letting "the man" into their business. Besides, why go to the expensive mmj/rec shop when the local dealer is cheaper and can now get as good a product.

We probably won't need to wait for the dhs to declare the health system needs their protection. They'll just make sure that Colorado's obamacare amendment passes this November.
