Oh I get how cash is scrutinized and is total bs. Once credit cards arrived on scene, the government seemed to forget that cash is legal currency.

How did they know you had the cash? I've been through screening several times with more than that.

I may be the odd man out here, but I am glad that they ruled this way.

One of the things I hear in the 2A community is that we don't need new laws, we just need to enforce our current laws.

Well, currently, it isn't legal to own a firearm and use pot. They ruled correctly.

Part of me likes this because dope is still a federal schedule 1 thing and this ruling is consistent with current law.

Part of me does not like this because a person should be able to do what they want provided they don't hurt anyone. So if a person likes guns and dope as long as they are personally responsible enough to leave their guns alone while they are stoned then why can't they do both.

The reality is that the government has gradually removed the need for personal responsibility by legislating so many things we do so now we have all these laws that quite a few people need because they have no self control.

    So true.

Considering the number of 'tards that can't be bothered to follow the rules of legal pot in CO, I wouldn't trust a single one of them to not be screwing with guns while high.

    Same.

How'd they know? If you didn't declare, was it all new bills?

I think the ruling was in regard to having a MJ card, not necessarily using it.

Are you actually going to try and tell me there are people that bother getting their Medical MJ card and don't use MJ?

I have a bridge in NY to sell you if you actually believe that...

He's referencing the MJ card holders vs casual pot smokers w/out a card.
