Default Safe mover in the Springs

    Hi all,

I looking for recommendations for a safe mover in the Springs. I need to move my safe from the basement to the garage.

    Thanks,
    slvyj

You can try Opie011 on here. I don't know if he'll have time right now.

If he can't, I would call some local moving companies. I've known a few people to get great deals on having a standard moving company come haul standard gun safes around.

You can rent a safe moving device at home Depot.

    They're around $30.

If there's nothing wrong with having to show an ID to buy a gun, there's nothing wrong with having to show an ID to vote.

For legal reasons, that's a joke.

I rented a heavy duty dolly from Bill's for a half day. Had a couple friends help. Was easier than expected

It's a measure of the civility in this country that no ones seems to fear constantly pissing off the people who own lots of guns.

Thanks for the feedback, I got a 1100lb Ft Knox safe. When I moved here, two very big guys moved it downstairs. Told my wife to keep there information for if we moved again and sure enough she lost the info.

That's why you put that information in the safe.

Never thought of that. I wanted to know what people on this forum had used in the past. My research, everyone recommends Opie011 but he is in the Denver area, I'm hoping to find someone local.
