40 S&W reloading/cheap ammo

I am looking for 1k of 40 S&W for now and will need more in the future so I am looking for cheaper options. Wasnt there a new company somebody knew that was selling reloads locally? I think you had to have brass to swap though and I dont have that much. Whats the best deal going? Thanks for any help.

Delivery time 4 weeks? That wont work. The price isnt to bad, kinda high though. I wonder how well it works at only 960 fps, how the cycling would be on a Glock? I have never shot any that low.

What I've seen is that most bullets will shoot faster out of a Glock due to its barrel design, I think it was like anywhere from +15 to +25 more FPS.
