The Supreme Court hasn't taken on a new 2a case in a while choosing to send pretty much everything back down to lower courts.

One wouldn't have to attend the assr@pe sale if they planned ahead just a smidgen.

You sleep through Hillary saying she wanted to do away with C/United, Protection for gun manufacturers, Australian Gun Laws? Each one of those could be a challenge from VPC , Soros funded groups on the constitutionality of said rulings.
We've lost 2 ? lower court rulings, after the Court has kicked them back.

There's no reason to believe that a SCOTUS packed with anti-Constitutionalists and other assorted leftists will continue ANY of the traditions the court has followed up to this point. Nor that they'll follow the law as written, just as they want to believe it's written.

The court will no longer be about determining what the constitution says and means, it will be about re-interpreting it by any means necessary to rubber stamp whatever unconstitutional bullshit Hillary sends their way.

On a side note I was just at Family Firearms at Maizeland and Academy (down here in the Springs) and they had a TON of ARs (along with lots of other cool stuff like Tavors, Kriss Vectors and DP12 shotguns)

Each month for the last year or so has set a new record for the number of NICs checks, which means guns are still being sold at record rates.

As a result, the infrastructure is already in place, and when the inevitable panic buying starts (probably when the first announcement of legislation is released) we'll see price jumps, but probably not as much of a constrained supply.

If there's nothing wrong with having to show an ID to buy a gun, there's nothing wrong with having to show an ID to vote.

For legal reasons, that's a joke.

Regardless of these "record NICs reports", anyone who works in the gun biz will tell you that the last 2 months have been terrible. Gun sales actually down. Plenty of everything in stock, including mass amounts of .22. AR market is dead..... right now.

Regardless who wins next month, right now is a real good time to buy ... I really wish I had my Jeep sold so I could take advantage of this current market.

^This. Wish my stuff sold for the same reason. Things are amazingly slow, my FFL buddy told me he can't hardly give some stuff away, especially revolvers. SMH. People will think differently very soon

That would suck if permanent; I have a couple lowers in a box somewhere; I should have purchased a couple of their stripped uppers a few weeks ago.

I waited too long to get a few odds and ends to finish up a couple builds. Upper receivers from the usual places are sold out. Parts are not as easy to find and the prices have gone up.

I've heard wholesalers are getting thin on products.
