Then we need to start one for all our soldiers killed in action. I feel they are also in harms way and deserving of even more recognition as they go directly into combat.

    You're welcome to do so.

You're also welcome to take your attitude to this thread, where it is more fitting: https://www.ar-15.co/threads/154368-...72#post2025472

I'm really not sure why you feel the need to be disrespectful. This is a general discussion portion of the forum and the mods let you post pretty much whatever you want. I am also a military veteran of 7 years and have personally buried men that I personally knew while I was stationed at Arlington National Cemetery. However, I am pretty passionate about police line of duty deaths. If that bothers you start a general discussion thread about it but please have a little respect. At no time was a disrespecting our military, of which I am also quite attached, by posting about police LODD.

Bottom line (and I hate getting nasty in a memorial thread), the mods are on board with this, and I believe Kev asked to do this. Don't like it Milwaukee, leave, it's that simple, but don't be disrespectful.

Where in the F---k did you dudes get the idea I was in any way being disrespectful? I simply said we should also honor our soldiers. JC what a bunch of girls, does everything have to phrased in a certain manner or a few of you get your panties in a wad? It's commendable you feel for cops, but we owe a lot to GI's also. THAT'S ALL I WAS SAYING!!!

Knock it off. Next person to dump in this thread gets vacation.

MS - start any thread you want, as long as it meets site regs your fine. Use some common sense before flapping your yap off topic.

hurley - many of your comments are unnecessary and often inflammatory, hit report post or take to PM.

The idea of these threads is to recognize and honor these folks, everyone needs to remember that and post accordingly.

That's terrifying. I hope that Officer Brockmeyer didn't suffer.
May the person he was pursuing receive the full karma he/she deserves.
