There is a TON of fear going on right now. I would not be showing any support for trump in public right now. My wife lied about who she voted for so work would be amicable. So much for tolerance.

Imagine how you would feel today if HRC had won the election. I imagine that is how many of those who voted for her feel today. They express it differently and through different media, but I would certainly have felt just as saddened by a Democratic victory. Don't bother looking for my crying on YouTube videos. There won't be any...ever.

If she had won would the Congressional investigations into her misconduct have stopped?

If she had won would many of us have just decided to join hands and sing kumbayah with progressives?

Many of the protesters are demonstrating their frustration at not getting their way. I get it. I believe they will get over it and move on to what they consider a more productive method of protest, and that will be obstruction of any policy that originates from the White House. Isn't that what we would do? The number of violent protesters is a small percentage that gets an inordinate amount of media attention. I predict that this small amount of violence will be short lived.

The 2018 Congressional election and 2020 Presidential campaigns have already begun. We get the government we deserve.

Dont have to imagine, just remember 2012. And none of us went out to burn chit and shoot people. Even when team D sure rubbed it in our faces.

I worked from home yesterday. Sad I missed the long faces, judging by the delay of folks ligging into IM lot of sad hungover pandas yesterday.

Yes, the right was upset when Obama got elected twice. But I don't remember taking to the streets, lighting flags on fire, calling for blood? Maybe I missed those? It's ok to be upset. Its not ok to stomp your feet until you get your way.

And yes, I expect them to oppose everything Trump does/proposes. It's how it works. I just find it ironic that they're doing the things they chastised the right for doing.

I also find it ironic that they're now seeing the importance of having the 2A.

And the vast majority of team D isn't burning stuff or shooting people.

Just looking at the numbers, there are a lot of people on team D. Despite how wrong I believe they are, I am not going to take them for granted or write them off. Eventually they will get over being sad and they will go back to making life tougher on us. I like the challenge.

Funny how team D always asks us not to judge the whole side by the action of the few? Do they reciprocate that to the other teams? Let me ponder on that....

If someone at work wanted to know who I voted for, the answer would be, "No. The election is over. My vote is my business and nobody else's."

    Democrats are like Islamists.

You don't have to fear most of them. Just the radical ones.

Anyone want to take bets on whether we see an increase in violence in our country carried out by the same people that abhor gun owners and label us violent people?
