We've discussed this before...
Allow tax free exchange of property to consolidate by ideology. Split assets and liability according to population percentages (if 50/50 then it's an even split).
I'm not sure how Colorado would end up...
I'm already stuck behind enemy lines, and my escape strategy is already in progress. I have no interest in living with the socialists in this country nor do I have any desire to fight with them or teach them anything different; that all seems like a complete waste of time. We should just go our own separate ways and give the young people a choice. They can either live in commieville or in the land of the free.

Naw if you go to a "neutral" site like city-data.com, where a lot of people who are relocating go to discuss different cities etc, you will see that leftards ph33r Colorado Springs...they think this city is a giant backwater Focus on the Family bible thump. I've told them numerous times that they are 100% right and they should stay away.
