They discontinued the sales forum, but kept the mailing and email addresses for fund raising.
I don't know how you get off the list since they are exempted from the requirements of anti-SPAM.

Attend a Town of Windsor meeting. They give locals with something to say 5 min to say it at the end of a town meeting. Held on Mondays.
Explain to the town before hand You had no other recourse as the RMGO continually ignores your request to stop the harassment. Some one will take notice. But i'd contact Brendan directly.

Or maybe we all talk about how douchey Dudley Brown is about RMGO, and how he likes to polish the knobs of state Rep. Chris Holbert and state Rep. Scott Tipton
over and over, until it's the #1 result on Google... like we did about that one guy (can't remember him right now)
ETA: probably a lot harder to do with a douche like Dudley, since he's a semi-public figure

It would appear that he is monitoring this thread. If that is the case: Please do not spam me, please do not send me 21 emails a week from RMGO/NAGR telling me the sky is falling. Do not tell me that my nonexistent NAGR membership is about to run out, and I should renew NOW to ensure that the boogeyman doesn't come take my guns in my sleep. you don't need my identity or email to make this happen, just don't send email to ANYONE that has chosen not to renew their membership in RMGO/NAGR

Except we're not that thin skinned. Just because Mr. Brown has done things we don't like doesn't mean we won't listen to his point of view...and ridicule it if deemed appropriate.
